The new car has been picked up.
It's a Subaru Legacy Sports Tourer 3.o R Spec B, and it is great. Loads of power, smooth 4WD system, loads of room and gadgets galore!
I was very sorry to see the Jag go especially after a lovely journey over to Wigan touching 115 at times (and still some to give!) but alas all good things come to an end.
These pics were taken at the Wigan garage just before I got in the Subaru and drove after.I have loved owning and driving the X type and changing the appearance from a boring saloon into a sports saloon. Hopefully the next owner will look after it too.
